Unique objects made from Maine rocks.
I'm Jim Albert. The name of my business is Zen Stone Works. I make unique objects out of rocks. I live in New Vineyard, in the western mountains. I travel the trails, rivers, and streams, with pack on my back, searching for the most interesting stones to create my pieces.
Not only do I make useful items, such as lamps, I also make sculptures and lawn art. Because most people love to pick up rocks that seem special to them, I enjoy using those rocks for a custom order.
My work is sold at the River Roads Artisans Gallery in Skowhegan.
